Why you’ll love funfetti blondies
These blondies are sure to add a cheerful burst of color to your day! Soft, chewy, and packed with vibrant rainbow sprinkles, they’re full of fun and rich vanilla flavor. Even better—they’re quicker and easier to make than cookies or cake. You can have them in the oven in just 15 minutes!
Recipe Tips for the best funfetti blondies
Do not over bake them. The key to a soft and chewy bar is to pull them out of the oven as soon as they puff up in the center and turn light golden brown around the edges. This is not a secret, but it makes a HUGE difference in the texture of your bar, and I think it also makes them last a little longer too!

Make the dough
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and set aside.

Add eggs and vanilla and mix well, scraping down the sides of the bowl.

Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly to reach each corner.
Bake
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until edges turn golden brown and the blondies look puffy in the center.
Remove from the oven and let cool for at least an hour before adding drizzle.
Make the drizzle
In a liquid measuring cup, mix together the powdered sugar and water until all lumps have dissolved. The consistency should run off a spoon at a slow pace.
Pour the drizzle over the birthday cake by tilting the measuring cup very slowly until the drizzle pours out in a small line. Then move the measuring cup back and forth across the bars to form a drizzled look.
